An Email Service fails with an error message.

An error occurred while processing your email
Reason: Email service [your_email_service] failed:Executable-ExcessInitial
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an email service.
- On the "Response" tab, set the "Map From" field to a value other than "Constant" and fill in the remaining fields.
- Send email to the email listener and observe the error message inside the email service's reply email.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-22328.
