Summary
A blank email attachment is sent when using the SendEmailNotification activity.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a case.
- Run the SendEmailNotification activity to send the email.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The email content was removed when .pyAttachment().pyRemoveXML was set to true on the Attachment page.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Set .pyAttachment().pyRemoveXML to 'false' on the Attachment page.
