Environment details are not present in the crashed emails

Summary

Notifications is enabled for agents in the Agent notifications. However, emails do not contain information regarding the environment (Production, Staging, QA etc..) and node name. Emails contain only the agent name and node ID.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable notifications for agents by navigating to Admin Studio > Agents > Notification Settings
  2. Stop an agent manually
  3. Verify the email sent

An issue in the custom application code or rules. 

Resolution



An enhancement request, FDBK-64614, is created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
