Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application as a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) agent.
- Select a menu item with submenus.
- Select a submenu.
Root Cause
The error occurred after applying the KB4486474 patch in the Internet Explorer 11 browser.
Resolution
As a local-change, apply the KB4487006 patch in Internet Explorer 11 browser.
