Error Symbols are not displayed to associated fields - IE11

Summary
A post flow action activity is validating the data entered in a grid repeat layout and posting error messages when needed with the Property-Set-Messages method.
But the presentation of error messages stored in the clipboard isn’t working correctly on IE11 and chrome

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a SECTION with a grid repeat.
2. Create a post activity to validate the content of the grid
3. Check the error display on IE 10 (10.0.9200.17148). Error will not be presented.
Root Cause
User has used custom stylesheet where height of error icon was coming as 0px.
Resolution
Modified height from "auto" to "16px"(as defined pega default style) for "iconError" class in GSCM_AdditionalCSS.css stylesheet.
