Exception thrown when <img> tag is encountered in HTML

SA-20035

Summary

Developer has a requirement to export custom charts to PDF and able to achieve it.

Developer was getting exceptions in the log file and occasional thread dumps while using HTMLToPDF Activity because of the <img> tag. PRPC application attempts to find a Rule-File-Binary instance.

Error Messages

Caught exception while resolving static file named image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAB

Steps to Reproduce

1) In an Activity, use Property-Set HTML to set a HTML Stream Rule into a Parameter.
2) In the above parameter, add the code by Property-Set "<img src='data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANS.........ORK5CYII='>

Root Cause

Reported issue was caused due to an issue in the PRPC code.

Resolution

There are two issues in this:

1) The exceptions captured in the log file while executing HTMLToPDF Activity which has been fixed by the HFix-9398.
2) After installing this HFix, the Developer was able to see the entire Binary image captured in the log file which increases the log file size. This has been fixed by Hfix-25894 in which the debug logs has been removed from the
PDFResourceHandler java class.
