Expand pane option in the repeating grid does not work properly

Summary
After installed that Hotfix (pega_ui_modaldialog .js ), issue occurs where the Expand Pane option in the repeating grid does not work fine.
Error Messages
User is not getting pop up window
Steps to Reproduce
Configure a repeating grid with expand pane option
Root Cause
The local action configured over the repeating grid is having a 'Using Page' Option where the page is not exisiting on the clipboard. Hence the IE is throwing an error message.
Resolution
Remove the Page in the Using Page option, which resolves the reported behavior.
