Developer notes that the application specification exported to Excel has HTML tag content in it.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a application specification rule. Then, from the actions tab export to Excel.
Root Cause
This is working as designed
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows: The tags are maintained so that if the output is edited, then it can be imported and the original formatting maintained.
