Summary

The user is using OOTB print functionality to print in one screen but when they click on print button, if the data exceeds the first page of the browser it is getting truncated automatically without appearing on another page of the print.

As the application Screens are dynamic and they can’t fix the height in One screen Print view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Print link in any of the case .
2. Observe the data cut off across pages.

Root Cause

Pega's out-of-the-box Print functionality internally calls [["runScript", ["window.print()"]]], and it contains native code handled by browser.

If the report contains more columns with more data, it will occupy more width. Hence, it will consider only some amount of page.
