Font size is reduced in the generated fax document

Summary



When there is a long paragraph in the Fax template generated from the HTMLtoPDF activity, the font size is automatically reducing and it is displayed as a very thin, long line.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Save a Fax template with a long paragraph.
2. Perform PDF generation with the HTMLtoPDF activity.
3. Notice the font size is automatically reducing.


Root Cause



An issue in the custom application code or rules

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

The PDF file has "fit Width' set. As the line is long, and does not appear to have line breaks or word wrap, a smaller font is chosen to meet these other requirements. There is a missing wordwrap directive.

This example shows word-break and white-space settings to added. Developer will likely need their own specification for width.
