Forgot the password on a ruleset

Summary
Ruleset password was forgotten and needs to be reset.
Error Messages
Enter password that matches the password defined in the Rule-RuleSet-Name to update a Version
Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to modify the ruleset.
Root Cause
The password for the ruleset was forgotten.
Resolution
The ruleset password is known on another system so the ruleset can be overwritten using a Product rule (Rule-Admin-Product) to overwrite the ruleset record containing the forgotten password with a copy that contains the known password.
When defining the product rule, do not specify anything in the application section or the ruleset section.
Only specify the instance key of the ruleset in the section where specific instance keys may be listed.
