Function error when running report definition

Summary
When attempting to run reports including unexposed columns, an error is thrown.
Error Messages
"There was a problem getting a list: code: -440 SQLState: 42884 Message: No authorized routine named "PR_READ_DECIMAL_FROM_STREAM" of type "FUNCTION" having compatible arguments was found"
Steps to Reproduce
Run Report Definition rule which retrieves properties, that are not exposed in database columns.
Root Cause
The User Defined Functions (UDFs) are corrupted in the environment.
Resolution
Regenerate the UDFs from installation media.
