Getting issue in delegated rules with Pega 7.1.8

Summary
Delegated data type rules are not reflecting properly. User can only see the first opened Delegated data type rules, irrespective of opening any other data type.
Error Messages
No error messages.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Delegate at least second Data Type rules to Manager.
2.Login with a manager credentials and see the delegated rules.
3. Observe that both rules will not be reflected.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-26319.
