Google Map default Zoom displays entire USA map

Summary
A section uses 'Address Map' as control with following properties:
Type: Clipboard Page
Clipboard page: D_PostProvidersSOLR.ProviderList
Property for location: .ADDR_POSTN
The list is prepopulated from the Service and Address is set in the ADDR_POSTN.
The map zooms out to entire USA by default. The requirement is to display the Zoom in and around the pins.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add the Address map control in the section.
- Populate the list values through an activity (each address spreads across the city, for example, Owings Mills).
- Pass the address in the fields appropriately.
- Run the portal.
- View the map. The default zoom displays the entire USA map.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
The Show User Location option was checked in the Cell properties for the Address map. This caused the initial zoom to include the user's location even if there is no marker for it.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Uncheck the Show User Location option.
