Grid does not auto adjust to screen size for fixed header

Summary
When using a fixed header in a table and fixed container size, the grid does not adjust itself according to the screen size. Instead, two scroll bars display.

Root Cause
Custom CSS is used for the table.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use CSS media queries for that specific table for responsiveness for all resolutions.
