Grid Filter icons do not align to text in Internet Explorer

Summary
Filter icons do not align to the text after updating from Pega 7.1.3 to Pega 7.1.6. This behavior is observed only in the Internet Explorer (IE) browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Update from Pega 7.1.3 to Pega 7.1.6
- Open the application in the IE browser
- Run a use case which contains a Grid with Filters configured
Root Cause
The Filter icons, in the IE browser, do not have a height attribute.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34204 and HFix-35156.
