Grid height is set as 2px while switching tabs

Summary
After opening work items from the grid in a new tab, the UI grid wrapper height is set as 2px.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a grid in the tabbed layout which has a work item.
- OnClick of a row, work items open in a new tab.
- Return to the Home tab where the grid exists. The grid contents are not visible on screen due to the height.
Root Cause
Grid height is reduced because the resize handler is initiated after a new tab is opened. Hence, the grid content does not display.
Resolution
Apply HFix-46273.
