While configuring a component for Accessibility, the grid Summary does not accept dynamic values and is not localized.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a grid.
- Crate a property reference and add it in aria-label for that grid.
- Run the section.
Root Cause
Grid summary is not localized and property reference is not supported in the grid Summary.
Resolution
Apply HFix-46428.
