Incorrect task label with intents in multiple categories

SA-37271

Summary

When multiple intent tasks are created with different names in different categories, and all of them are configured to point to the same Task Class and Task Flow, the task's label is incorrect when launched from some of the categories.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create multiple intent tasks in different categories. For example, "Intent task 1" in "Category1" and "Intent task 2" in "Category 2".
  2. Associate both the intent tasks to the same Task Flow and Task Class.
  3. In an interaction, click Add Tasks and select Intent task 2 and add it to the interaction.
  4. Notice that the label shows "Intent task 1" as opposed to "Intent task 2".

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules that resulted in the wrong task label being used.
