Interaction History issue

Summary
Interaction History(IH) extended properties are not populated. User has extended IH to hold six new properties.
When running @baseclass.ExecuteSingleCaseDF (PegaMKT-Engine:07-13-01) dataflow for each proposition, the extended properties are correctly populated, however, when the campaign strategy is run, there are not and remain null.

Steps to Reproduce
Following is the list of PRPC changes that have been made to support the Interaction History extension.
o Data-Decision-IH-Fact
Created new properties
o Data-Decision-IH-Dimension-Action
Created new properties
Note: Here are the corresponding DB changes required to support the IH extension:
PR_DATA_IH_FACT and PR_DATA_IH_DIM_ACTION DB tables added the new columns for the property.
Following the Pega Extension Model for IH, we have done the following changes to consider those new properties:
o SR class
-Override SetExtendedPropertiesOnSR Data Transform
-New SetIHDetailsFromOutboundRecord Data Transform
o Data-Decision-IH-Configuration
-Override pyInteractionHistoryConfiguration Data Transform
-New XXXIHConfiguration Data Transform
o PegaMKT-System-Setting
-Override IHExtendedProperties Property
Root Cause
OutcomeListPage not defined in the 'SetExtendedPropertiesOnSR' data transform.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
'Parameters' tab on the 'SetExtendedPropertiesOnSR' data transform rule has the 'OutcomeListPage' defined.
