Internal rules displaying as create Operator for attachments

Summary
When a correspondence is added to work object by the System or Agent, the create operator is displayed as PegaMfg-pxCallDatatransform which is a internal rule.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a case.
2. Attach some attachments using an agent.
3. Check attachments section.
Root Cause
When attachment is getting added by Agent, createOpName is having value as Agent followed by Class and activity name.
Resolution
pyAttachmentFeedDescription control rule must be modified such that createOpName will have right value.
