Invalid sub-report join and filter condition

Summary



After upgrading from PRPC  6.3 SP1 to Pega 7.1.8, a few report definitions display an error message and do not return the result.
The same use case worked fine in PRPC 6.3 SP1.

 

Error Messages



Invalid subreport join/filter condition: The properties referenced in a subreport join/filter condition must either be all optimized, or all unoptimized.

 

Steps to Reproduce



Run the report which has a subreport joined with unoptimized property.


Root Cause



Properties referenced in a subreport join or filter condition were a combination of optimized and unoptimized properties. It should either all be optimized, or all unoptimized.  
 

Resolution

Properties referenced in a subreport join or filter condition must either be all optimized, or all unoptimized.
