Issue with clearing disconnected requestors

SA-96014

Summary

The requestor status changes to Disconnected on either closing the browser directly or getting disconnected from the network. However, the requestors do not get cleared until a recycle of the server. This causes a lot of requestors to be present in the environment for days, if the server is not recycled.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Either close the browser or disconnect the connection (basically do not log off the session).

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
Add the below settings to prconfig.xml:

<env name="Initialization/PersistRequestor" value="OnTimeout"/>

<env name="timeout/browser" value ="60"/>

Note: 60 seconds is a sample value. The value must be changed as per the requirement.
