When trying to import propositions the keys are not recognized and the data is appended as opposed to updating the records.

Steps to Reproduce

Save into an open ruleset version and close the decision data:


Select the decision data from the landing page:

 

Check-out and try to import a file – even though keys are still set on the form tab an warning message appears when trying to import a file:




When you import a file it duplicates the records eventhough the keys should only allow an update as it is the same record:

Root Cause
