Last row truncating when export to pdf action is performed

Summary
Last row data being truncated when export to pdf is done from report definition with Pega 7.1.8.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Run any Report definition containing around 30 rows.
2. Export to PDF.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules that the CSS parsing is not proper in the current version of PD4ML.
Resolution
Apply HFix-33764.
Note: New jar for the PD4Ml has been provided in this.
