Summary

You are trying to consume an XSD file using the connector and metadata wizard, and you are seeing it fail in step 2 (process metadata). Your XSD file includes references to other XSD files.

Error Messages

Could not load the WSDL document content: Connection time out

Steps to Reproduce

Connector and Metadata Accelerator --> Choose Purpose--> Load WSDL Document

Resolution

You must select the XSD option in step one.  In step two, if you are trying to consume an XSD file that references other XSD files, you must choose the "Document URL" option, upload the XSD file and all files it references to your application server, and put the full URL to the XSD file in the "Document URL" field.  The URL should be in the format of http://server.example.com:port/path/to/file.xsd.
