Localization issue with special character

Summary



While translating text into French, user observes that for special character like '' it's convert it as ASCII code (&#39).Used "Property Localization" option in field value presentation.


Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce



Create a section where test contain special character like '' and try to localize it into French language.


Root Cause



While localizing the text ,we see that for special character like '' it's convert it as ASCII code (&#39).
User is localizing a field value, this field value contains special characters like '' . User observed that these characters are being converted to ASCII characters on screen.


Resolution



Save as pyCaption .operatorLoad and pyCaption.assignmentTransfer in application ruleset. After this change it works as expected.
