Menu Items become invisible on decreasing the screen resolution

When the resolution of the screen decreases the menu items become invisible, using skin pyEndUser71 with Internet Explorer 11 browser.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Change the container format to "Default" in Menu navigation.
2. Use pyEndUser71 skin.

Add the below code in UserWorkForm:
