Messages and Alerts section workgroups are not loading properly



When "Show All Workgroups" check box is selected, there will not be any work groups displayed. When the Create Alert button is clicked, the section is again refreshed and the work groups are displayed now with an error message saying that a work group has to be selected. The issue is that the work groups are not loaded as soon as the check box is selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Go to CPM Manager Portal
2) In the Messages and Alerts section click the Create Alert button.
3) Fill all the required fields.
4) Tick the check box which says "Show All Workgroups".

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.


This issue has been resolved in CPM 7.1 Release 2 ML2.
