Pega icons (such as delete.gif, Briefcase1) and binary files are missing after Pega 7.4 update.

Steps to Reproduce
Update Pega 7.3.1 to Pega 7.4.
Root Cause
UI Kit has undergone considerable changes from Pega 7.3.1 to Pega 7.4. UI Kit icons (formerly known as core icons) have a new style. The UI Kit icon set is now based on the Budicon Classic font.

Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:
The old icons have been restructured since different icons are used in Pega 7.4.
