Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the instance
  2. Launch the application wizard to create the implementation application
  3. Switch to a new application. Multiple work pools are created


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution

Apply HFix-44158.
