Need to change "Filter Condition" Date Time format on a report



User running a report of active or open cases in the application by passing From Date and To Date as parameters but in report browser(Result screen) on the filter section the selected date format is displaying in GMT the expected date format is JAN,01,2001 21:45:06.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Launch Case Manager portal.
2. Open Report browser.
3. Select Appropriate Report and Provide FromDate and ToDate Values.
4. Click Run.

Root Cause

Format of the Date parameters is set to GMT.

It should have been 'Date Time' format. Inside control RRfilter_logic, the classname was returning empty that caused setting of Date parameter type to be set to empty as well.
