No data to display error in ADM model performance report

Summary
An error occurs for a few propositions and the report is empty when viewing the Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) model performance report.
The accented characters in the propositions name are distorted on the model performance report.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Adaptive Model and use it in a Strategy.
- Execute interactions and capture the responses so that the ADM can capture data.
- Create propositions with non-ASCII accented Latin characters and space in the pyName field of the proposition definition form.
- Import a proposition with special characters in its name (in the strategy), for example, Ç or Turkish 'ı'.
- Open the Adaptive Model Reporting Landing Page and click the report corresponding to this proposition.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems code resulted in the distortion of Turkish characters in the proposition name and unsuccessful report results under the ADM landing page.
Resolution
