Summary
On BIX 7.2.1 running extract to a target database. Also extracting manifest to target database. When run the extract the actual extraction of the data completes successfully and inserts into the target database tables. The inserts into the manifest table fail.

Steps to Reproduce
Run the extract rule.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The wrong database connection was being used when trying to connect to the target manifest database.

Apply HFix-32161
