No tooltip information on TABS

Summary
On case TABs alternative text is not displayed,
These are the CPM work tabs that appear on the right side of the CPM portal.

Open multiple TABS in portal
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
Added a quick fix for the CPM tab tooltip: The images used in the CPM tabs are background images. These images cannot have an alternative text. Instead we added a <span> element to the tabs with the text ‘Home tab’ for the home tab and ‘Work tab’ on the work tab. This text is not visible in Internet Explorer, but will be read by screen readers. We used inline styles to make this work. (you can view the source or turn off styles to see this).
