Not able to open portal after restart



User is not able to open any portal in the stage and production environments after restart.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the URL.
2. Click on the Launch icon on Developer Portal.
3. Then Click on AST User Portal.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules


Revert back the activity ruleset version to previous version to resolve the issue.
