Not able to rollback uncommited HFIX

The user is not able to rollback uncommited HFIX.

Steps to Reproduce
Try to rollback existing uncommitted HFix.
Root Cause
Issue is with column size of PYUNIQUEID column in pr_data_products table.
Resolution
Issue is resolved after doing the following changes. Increase the column size for PYUNIQUEID(PYUNIQUEID VARCHAR2(16) ) in pr_data_products this column to 64 from 16. Then update the column value for PYUNIQUEID to be HOTFIXORDER-53007 instead of the HOTFIXORDER-530+.
