Null values also sent as part of Connect-REST GET query string



The Connect-REST GET method has multiple query string parameters. For example, https://XYZ/search?first-name=ABC&&last-name=XYZ&&dob=DD-MM-YYYY.

The requirement is that Connect-REST should not send the parameter in the query string if one of the parameter is not set.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a Connect-REST GET method with multiple query string parameters
  2. Run the request with missing parameters

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Perform the following local-change:

Add the pySkipBlankQueryParts parameter with value as 'true' in the respective data page.
