NullPointerException occurs when sending message

Summary
When an Investigation case is auto-created from a Message Case, the pyWorkPage reference corresponds to the Message Case. The corresponding page for the Investigation Case is the NewWorkCase. Correspondence is sent from the Investigation Case. However, NullPointerException occurs and the message is not sent when the reference is hardcoded to the pyWorkPage instead of to the parameterized work page name.

Steps to Reproduce
- Receive an inbound message case.
- Allow the system to auto-create an Investigation case. The system must send an STP correspondence when the Investigation case is created. However, the message is not sent.
