Summary

Opened tab stay on Home Page when TI Case is opened from Suspend WorkBasket (WB).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Interaction portal.
2. Open a TI Case from Suspend WB.

Root Cause

Could observe that, the entry for the TI case is there in the D_CPMPortalRecents data page.
But still new tab is not created. But when refresh browser is done that is reloading the page, new Tab gets created.

Resolution

Perform the following  local-change step: 

Add Refresh Current Harness action on click event in the Actions Tab of the property reference of  link control, on click of which TI case opens. 

User is yet to try the local change as its a sporadic issue.
