Summary

Optional or case wide processes or flow actions cannot be loaded in the case (Action menu) which are in CaseType rule.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Configure optional processes case wide supporting processors in the casetype rule.
2.Run the case.
3.Check if the case wide supporting processes can be accessed from action menu.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

After replacing the Menu from performactions to the OOTB Menu, the optional process is displayed in the Add work but along with the optional processes other cases are also displayed.

The cases that are configured under the coverable work types and whose instantiation is Manual are also displayed in the Add work along with the Case wide supporting process.

To mark the case not to be displayed under the Add work,uncheck the Manual instaniation in the settings tab of Case Type rule
