Parameter passed to HTML is not considered

Summary



A reference to Param TimerStartProperties is present in line 51 of the HTML file.

String sTimerProperties = tools.getParamValue("TimerStartProperties");

However, in the Param page there is only a reference to TimeStartProperties. Hence, the parameter passed to HTML is not considered.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the CPMCallTimer section rule.
  2. Search for line 51 in the HTML file. Verify the parameter name.
  3. Navigate to the Parameter tab and compare the parameter.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Save As the rule in the application rules since the the rule is an Available rule.


BUG-413516 is raised to resolve the issue in a future Pega release.
