Parameter passed to HTML is not considered

Summary
A reference to Param TimerStartProperties is present in line 51 of the HTML file.
String sTimerProperties = tools.getParamValue("TimerStartProperties");
However, in the Param page there is only a reference to TimeStartProperties. Hence, the parameter passed to HTML is not considered.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the CPMCallTimer section rule.
- Search for line 51 in the HTML file. Verify the parameter name.
- Navigate to the Parameter tab and compare the parameter.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Save As the rule in the application rules since the the rule is an Available rule.
BUG-413516 is raised to resolve the issue in a future Pega release.
