Parameters fields of the post-processing activity do not display

Summary
When a flow action includes pre- and post-processing activities and either of those activities has parameters, the parameters fields, of the post-processing activity, do not display on the flow action screen.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the CreateMergedWordDoc flow action, in the Designer Studio, and click the Post-processing section on the Action tab.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-36318.
