Pega Button - Tools - Requirements Matrix fails

Summary
It is observed that Requirement Matrix is not working after installing HFIX-9631
Error Messages
It is throwing an error saying " The reference SelectedApplication is not valid.
Reason: this step has no step page and attempts to use a relative reference for the Repeat string list property"
Steps to Reproduce
Use the Pega Button and select the specific option
Root Cause
In activity pzGetRuleSetListingForApplicationChain , error sent as step page "documentapplication" does not exist for the activity step
Resolution
HFIX-20463 resolves the issue.
