Summary

After getting the email, unable to edit the screen of the work object.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure DWA process flow.
2. Create a work object and submit the screen after entering required details.
3. A new assignment is created for the same work object to enter the details before sending the email to external user.
4. Submit the screen after entering the Correspondence name with additional details.
5. An email is sent to the inbox of external user.
6. Open the work object screen from, Click here, link of the mail.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error. Developer wanted to allow user to provide extra information using DWA process. Whenever user was clicking the link sent in mail, user was unable to see the section containing the input fields to submit.
User added the section in perform external harness directly instead of the flow action.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change: 

1. Create a flow action with section containing the required fields, then use the flow action after CreateExternalAssignment step.
2. Modify the external operator field in assignment as the operator created in the application for external user.
