Summary
Users are unable to login to PRPC application with the following ERROR message on screen -
PegaRULES Web Application Error
Message: An has occurred processing this request. Please contact your system administrator.
Unable to obtain build properties due to java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null

Steps to Reproduce
Login to PRPC
Root Cause
PR_DATA_ADMIN table missing.
Resolution
Run PRPCSetup.jar to create schema tables
