Pega Survey erratic scrolling after upgrade

Summary
After upgrading the application which uses the Pega Survey component included in the Care Management Framework (CMF), there is an erratic scrolling behavior for question pages that have many questions requiring vertical scrolling. There are some selections that dynamically update the survey section, by adding or removing questions. When these selections are made, the screen consistently scrolls to the bottom of the question list.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section with a number of dynamic select control.
2. Click on drop down value of any one of this.
3. The focous is automatically goes to last control.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems code.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item Hfix-22027.
