Summary
Performance degrades when 50 users work concurrently. This occurs even though the system was tested with 300 concurrent users.
Error Messages
Multiple PEGA0042, PEGA0005 and PEGA0027 alerts in the log files.
Steps to Reproduce
Run a load test with 80 concurrent users.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
A report definition was retrieving more than 70,000 records because of empty values which were passed for Where condition properties.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Pass valid Where conditions.
