In portals, some part of the Left panel is hidden by Right Panel

Left panel and the right panel are getting overlapped.

Steps to Reproduce
Login as any user portal and check left panel.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
User has upgraded to Pega 7.1.8 from PRPC 5.3, however still they are using the deprecated portal such as Fixed portals.
Resolution
User is suggested to upgrade the fixed portal to composite portals.
