Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidReferenceException: The reference StringUtils.decodeCrossOSString(Param.pyErrorMessage); is not valid. Reason: unexpected character '.' at position 37, expected number or end of subscript

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Pega Designer Studio.
- Open the GeneralFailDetails section.
- Execute the section.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
The decodeCrossOSString API was wrapped to Param.pyErrorMessage which caused the issue in GeneralFailDetails.
Resolution
Apply HFix-36591.
